Owner, Executive Chef
Tina is the Executive Chef and Owner of Ironwood Hingham at the South Shore Country Club. With over 30 years navigating the culinary world, she has gained invaluable experience working in acclaimed restaurants in the Greater Boston area and throughout the South Shore, such as No. 9 Park, B & G Oysters, and Craigie Street Bistrot. Along with her leadership positions in these kitchens, she has extensive catering and event experience. Tina worked at Kate’s Table in Hingham, where she was an integral part of the team earning Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston, Catering” in 2019. Tina prides herself on creating a culture of opportunity, career progression, and moreover, providing exclusive dining experiences for her clients. The food quality never varies, even for events with up to two thousand guests. Her vast knowledge of food, dedication and talents for her craft can be noted in every dish. Tina’s broad professional experience alongside highly respected chefs allow her to bring a fresh perspective and refined yet approachable culinary vision to every menu and creates exceptional dining experiences rooted in quality, creativity, and hospitality.
Tina Conte
Co-owner, Director of Events
Jessica grew up in the restaurant industry and has an extensive background that includes Siros, Steel & Rye, and La Fete Catering. She spent the last 13 years with the Abby Park & Novara restaurant group.
At the popular Milton restaurants, Jessica led the team to develop a successful marketing and social media program. Her position grew to include event management for both restaurants and overseeing their catering arm, Cypress, where she discovered a passion for executing meticulously planned events for up to a thousand guests. Her efficiency, warmth, and strong work ethic aid her in providing outstanding support to her clients throughout their event. She enjoyed several years building a craft cocktail program and is excited to bring an on-trend yet approachable cocktail menu to Ironwood Hingham.
Jessica has directed major fundraising events, from comedy shows to the Kentucky Derby, and many other themed parties. She is excited to utilize her unique skills and love for community involvement at the South Shore Country Club.
Jessica McInnis
General Manager
Born and raised in Connecticut, Chantalle discovered her passion for hospitality early before moving to Boston to attend Suffolk University. There, she fell in love with the city’s restaurant scene and built a career spanning both front- and back-of-house roles.
Her experience includes time at California Pizza Kitchen, Finale Desserterie, and five years at The Melting Pot, where she developed a strong foundation in guest service, leadership, and multi-course dining. She later helped open and manage Back Deck in downtown Boston.
Chantalle went on to open Bootleg Special as Bar Manager, creating a New Orleans–inspired cocktail program, and continued to expand beverage concepts at French Quarter. She also served as the opening lead bartender for The Sweet Life Café on Martha’s Vineyard.
After the pandemic, Chantalle worked with several Boston favorites, including Citizen Public House, Franklin Café, and The Biltmore Bar & Grille. Most recently, she reimagined the beverage program at Bar Moxy in the Moxy Hotel.
Now at Ironwood, Chantalle leads front-of-house operations and beverage direction, focusing on hospitality-driven service, innovative cocktails, and team development

Sales & Events Manager
Jenn is the Catering Sales & Events Manager at Ironwood Hingham. A Hingham native and University of Rhode Island graduate, Jenn has spent over a decade planning events across the South Shore and Greater Boston, from weddings and fundraisers to corporate gatherings.
Before joining Ironwood, she worked with Raffael’s/Greenside Grille, where she honed her expertise in hospitality and client service.
Known for her dedication, creativity, and attention to detail, Jenn is passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest. She lives in North Weymouth with her husband and two children.

Dave Shiner is the Sous Chef at Ironwood Hingham. Born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts. After completing culinary school, Dave spent over 15 years working in restaurants throughout the South Shore, developing a deep foundation in both technique and hospitality.
His passion for cooking began at home, preparing meals for his two younger sisters, and evolved professionally through years of hands-on experience.
After meeting Chef Tina Conte, his perspective on the craft evolved, igniting a renewed commitment to culinary excellence and a more intentional approach to cooking. Today, he brings a refined understanding and genuine passion to every dish he creates.

Pastry Chef
As a young chef with a deep passion for her craft, Quynh has viewed the kitchen as a place for listening, exploring, and sharing stories through food since she began baking at just ten years old.
Her journey led her to her first professional role as a pastry chef at Shriners Children’s Hospital, and later to kitchens such as the Four Seasons and Tatte, where her skills and perspective continued to evolve.
Finding joy in both cooking and baking, Quynh is committed to showcasing local ingredients with honesty, subtlety, and a fresh point of view. Her creations invite everyone to experience the flavors of her journey- thoughtful, personal, and ever-growing.

Marketing & Social Media Curator
Born and raised on the South Shore, Kaitlynn brings over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having built a well-rounded career across a wide range of restaurant roles throughout Massachusetts. Her strong foundation in front-of-house operations is paired with a creative background, including the launch of her own photography business in 2020.
Kaitlynn later expanded into marketing, working with popular Boston-area restaurants and refining her expertise in brand development, digital strategy, and content creation. She is currently continuing her education with a focus in marketing, allowing her to blend hands-on industry experience with evolving strategy and best practices.
Kaitlynn brings a thoughtful, guest-focused approach to both in-person hospitality and online storytelling.
